New in XtremeFit Tracker version 1.7:
  • Build 199 of the P90X-Plus Edition brings it to version 1.7 with all updated features and bug fixes.
  • Build 184 of the P90X Edition corrects a display problem in the workout calendar that caused March 2010 to be displayed twice.
  • In Legs & Back, added field for recording weight for Balance lunge, Step back lunge, Sneaky Lunge, and Toe-Roll Lunge.
  • In Back & Biceps, fixed bug that prevented data from the second set of routines repeated twice to be saved to database.
New in HealthWatch Home version 3.1:
1. New user interface with enhanced usability:
  • In Records View, entries are now listed in an expandable/collapsible tree-list control, and are organized based on records.
HMHm_Nav
  • A new tabbed interface for quick navigation between all the main chart (weight, height, BMI and more)
  • A new chart navigation bar to easily highlight the data point for the selected age
2. Ability to insert pictures and link them to the measurement date

New in HealthWatch Pro version 3.1:
1. Now provides blood pressure percentiles on a continuous scale (e.g., 1st-100th) rather than pre-defined ranges.
2. Completely redesigned user interface:
  • In-place instructions on data input and modification.
  • Data input fields are Expandable/Collapsible, and organized based on calculations.
  • Results of calculations for a person can be shown in either "Chart view" or "List view". In "Chart view", data are plotted on standard curves of percentiles charts from CDC or WHO. HealthWatch can also show data in "List view" on which data are sorted by Age. Charts can be printed or exported as pictures.
  • New tabbed navigation interface.
3. Improved data search and data export:
  • A search button was added in this version to allow searching data by name.
  • In addition to the Export tool, data can now be saved as text files, copied to clipboard, or printed out by using the "right-click" context menu in "List view".
4. Support for WHO Child Growth Standards:
  • HealthWatch Pro 3.0 now supports both CDC standards and WHO (World Health Organization) standards to calculate child growth percentiles.
  • In addition to calculating weight, height, and Head circumference percentiles, HealthWatch Pro 3.0 can also calculate percentiles for Arm circumference, Sub-scapular skinfold, Triceps skinfold, and six gross motor milestones using WHO standards.
5. Using intervals interpolation to calculate percentiles:
  • We are using the LMS approach with LMS parameters provided by CDC and WHO. In the data set of LMS parameters, age is listed at the half-month point for the entire month; for example, 1.5 months represents 1.0-1.99 months or 1.0 month up to but not including 2.0 months of age. The only exception is birth, which represents the point at birth. In previous versions, the age was rounded to the nearest month to find LMS parameters. This caused discrepancies between the calculated value and the value from the Growth Chart. In version 3.0, instead of rounding the age to the nearest month, intervals interpolation are used to find LMS parameters at a specific age.
