Modules are self-contained packages containing all the workouts, routines, and schedule for a particular fitness program.

Tracking a new workout in XtremeFit Pro is as simple as locating the right Module and importing it into the software. After downloading a Module, simply load it into XtremeFit Pro or Pro+, select your start date, and start tracking your new workout program!

Description: P90X+ is billed as the next-level successor to P90X. It introduces new extreme workouts mixed with classic P90X workout in a 90-day schedule. With P90X+, Tony Horton tries to capture the hard-core workout segment but unfortunately looses the homy community feeling that made P90X great. Tony mostly supervises and seldom performs the routines. He's such a great motivator that his lack of involvement makes it harder to get fully engaged in the workout. Because of that, the P90X+ workouts may be best used as elements of a custom program rather than as program in and on itself.
